Hey there…as you can see, I don’t have a typical “yoga body”…but I fell in love with yoga and found that my body practices yoga just fine!  If you are interested in seeing what your body can do, come take a class with me.  The light in me sees and honors the light in you — Namaste

Work One on One with Me.  At this time, I have chosen to offer only private sessions.  I specialize in Gentle and Slow Flow Yoga.  Working one on one with people, I can tailor the practice to the unique needs and goals of each person.  I offer affordable rates and packages.  If you’ve never experienced a private yoga class, you are in for a real treat!

Chair Yoga:  If getting down on a mat is not for you, why not try yoga sitting or using a chair?  With this accessible form of yoga, you will experience poses that are suitable for all ages and levels to help stay active and healthy.
